New Home Enhancements - Credit to be used toward new home enhancements only such as refrigerator, blinds, fencing, etc. Purchaser's must confirm and sign an Addendum within 5 days of the date of executed contract. Unused credits are forfeited. The purchaser must pay the full amount of the addendum in its entirety as an additional deposit.
Prepaids are defined only as Mortgage Interest, Property Taxes, Homeowners Association Annual Dues, Homeowners Insurance Policy and Escrow Funding Requirements.
Purchasers must use Acrisure Mortgage and closing must take place through Bluegrass Land and Title. Seller is released from paying $2,500 closing cost in financing addendum section 2a. The purchaser must qualify for qualifying loan and financing terms. The purchaser must close by the date set forth on the 30 day letter provided by the seller according to the purchase agreement “preparing to close and potential delays”.
