Description
- Generate, manage, and close sales leads using model homes, realtor relationships, and community engagement.
- Present and sell homes confidently by showcasing features, benefits, and our company values.
- Guide buyers through the full purchasing journey: selecting homesites, floor plans, and personalization options.
- Serve as the main point of contact from contract through closing, including weekly construction updates.
- Maintain CRM (Lasso) entries for all prospects and follow-ups.
- Build realtor and community relationships and represent the company at events and outreach efforts.
- Maintain exceptional model home appearance and manage daily open/close duties.
- Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service while managing buyer expectations.
- Coordinate with the design, production, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and a seamless customer experience.
Salary Range
$48,000 + bonuses
