This has been a fun and exciting experience from the beginning of our first thoughts of building our dream home.

The James Monroe Team have been and still are being very supportive through the entire process. Bud, our site supervisor, kept us informed with every detail and was able to answer all our questions while building our home. It has been a pleasure working with Bud throughout this process.

Kristin is also an awesome essential part of the team helping with every little detail and always making us feel comfortable during our weekly calls plus informative emails with pictures.

We highly recommend building with the James Monroe Homes Georgetown team! They truly care about their homeowners - both  Bud and Kristin go above and beyond to help create your home vision and make it a positive experience.

Our experience with James Monroe Homes has been TOP NOTCH. It's easy to tell that customer service is a TOP priority with their team. I can say, from experience, that every builder does not prioritize the "customer experience" so if you are considering building, I STRONGLY suggest you consider the James Monroe team.

Shout out to Kristin Murrow for clear communication and quick responses to ANY question we've had. She has been so patient and kind to us. and she is on top of everything...she's AWESOME!  Also, I want to thank Scott for taking time out of his schedule to meet with us on more than one occasion. That meant the world to us.

Bud is THE BEST! To have weekly calls with our Site Supervisor has been amazing. I was floored to learn that this was part of the James Monroe process. He literally has kept us in the loop every step of the way, and I can tell his heart is in all he does. Thanks, Bud!

I also have to shout out Austin who has, more than once, jumped in to answer any question we had about materials, measurements, the way something might look, etc. We appreciate you, Austin!

Truly, everyone on this team is super kind and GENUINE. Thank you, thank you, thank you ALL for all your dedication and hard work. I truly feel like we're "home.”

We had an AMAZING experience. We ended up buying one of their spec homes but found it early on in the build.  Everyone from Kristin as well as all the folks in the office made it an amazing experience.  We were still able to meet with the design team and make a few changes.  Throughout the process they communicate very well.  When it gets close then they do a weekly update call with Bud the onsite (and amazing I will add) project manager.  I also want to call out Joy in the main office as she was instrumental in helping us navigate through the process to get our house complete.  Also they delivered the house 1 week earlier than promised from the time they broke ground.  This is our second home buying new and so far it has been magical. 

Working with the group at James Monroe Homes have been truly amazing. We love the fact that they went above and beyond to make this process as easy and helpful to all parties.  The staff at James Monroe Homes really helped me feel comfortable. Matt was awesome and very informative during the final walk through on the home and was very detailed about every aspect of the home. I can’t say enough about Joy, she stayed late to make my closing happen today when she didn’t have to and had my back during the whole process of the close. Joy thank you so much again! Suzanne dealt with all my paperwork over the last week and made sure everything was ready to go. Thank you again to James and his group for everything and I truly mean this. You all rock and I appreciate everything over the last few weeks to help us get closed and in our new home!

The process of buying the James Monroe Home was very professional and thorough. We had several meetings to walk-through all the required steps and inspections, and easily worked through all questions and concerns that I had about the house.

My contact through the whole process was Matt Braun. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and inspired confidence at every meeting. I’m settled into the home and everything is good, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

James Monroe Homes has been excellent to work with throughout our home building experience. Special shout out to Christina Shepard and Matt Braun. They were communicative on every aspect of the process and were consistent with check ins every week with our progress. Matt was super thorough on our walk-throughs and knowledgeable.

My entire experience was exceptional. I found the Barbara and loved the layout. Making all of the color selections and options could not have been easier. The communication thru the building process was fantastic. My closing date was on time and my house looked great. I have been living in my house for two plus months and no issues!!
