James Monroe Homes Celebrates 18 Years in Business

February 6, 2006, was a special day for everyone at James Monroe Homes! Via Vitae Development, now James Monroe Homes, was established! Of course, James was the first employee of the company. His wife Martha was in nursing school. Via Vitae build two houses in 2006 and James sold one and rented one. Before the first anniversary of the company, their first child, James Roland, was born in January 2007.

February 6, 2024, is a important day for the James Monroe Homes team as we celebrate 18 years of building quality homes in Central Kentucky! Thank you to everyone who contributed to our success along the way, especially to our customers!
